The customer sends us a request with the service, the property type, size and condition, frequency, and the city, district and date — and we pass it to the right partners.

We work with registered and, where required, licensed companies — such as for hourly domestic cleaning.

Partner questions
Does registering mean automatic acceptance?
No — registering means expressing interest. We contact you first to explain how it works and the terms, and look at your commercial registration (and licence where required) before requests start arriving.
Is a licence required?
We require a valid commercial registration that includes cleaning. Hourly domestic cleaning requests only go to providers licensed for them. Complying with the regulations, your workers’ documentation and safety requirements for work at height remain your responsibility.
Will my company be listed on the site?
We don’t publish company listings or ratings, and we don’t endorse any of them. Our role is to pass customers’ requests to the right partner; the customer checks, compares and chooses.
Do we receive commercial contract requests?
Yes — if you choose the commercial sector and say you offer regular contracts, you’ll receive business requests in your cities.
