About the service
How does SaudiCleaning work?
You choose the service, give the property type, size and condition, frequency, city and date — then we pass your request to cleaning companies who contact you with offers.
Is the service free?
Yes — sending a request is free and without obligation. Price and details are agreed directly between you and the company.
Is SaudiCleaning a cleaning company?
No — we pass requests to cleaning companies. The company you choose carries out the work and is responsible for it and for its staff.
Can I ask for a female team?
Yes — choose your team preference in the form; many companies provide female teams for homes. We don’t offer any preference based on workers’ nationality.
Do you provide hourly cleaners?
We don’t list individuals. Hourly cleaning is provided only through licensed companies and platforms, and we don’t deal with recruitment or sponsorship. Read hourly cleaning through licensed providers.
Requests and follow-up
Who will contact me after I send a request?
Cleaning companies that serve your city and the service you need; some may ask for photos of the place before a final offer.
I don’t know which service to choose — can I still request offers?
Yes — choose the closest one and add details in the notes. Read the deep cleaning checklist to see how regular and deep cleaning differ.
Can I choose WhatsApp?
Yes — in the last step you choose your preferred channel: call or WhatsApp. Email is optional.
Do you vet the companies?
We work with registered companies, but we don’t rate companies or guarantee their work. Ask for the offer in writing and compare what it covers — read how to choose a cleaning company.
Do you set the prices?
No — companies set prices in their offers. Our cleaning cost guide explains what affects the price.
Safety and workers
Do you publish ways to mix cleaners?
No — mixing cleaning products can release harmful fumes. We always advise not mixing them, reading each product’s label, ventilating, and keeping them away from children.
Who is responsible for the workers?
The company that sends them — they are its employees. We hope workers are treated with respect and given suitable working conditions such as water and rest.
Do cleaners clean glass on high floors?
Work at height needs trained teams with safety equipment. Choose glass and facade cleaning and give the number of floors.
Privacy and data
How do you use my data?
We use your details only to pass your request to the companies relevant to it, after your explicit consent. Your rights and how to make a request about your data are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Should I enter my full address in the form?
No — the city and district are enough. Give the exact address to the company you choose, directly.
